Returns
Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount
- Intimate apparel such as lingerie or swimwear
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Gift cards
Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at ashishagarwalrksh@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds 1 may be granted, such as:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at ashishagarwalrksh@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items or items purchased with a discount cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
